A new type of coronavirus outbreak in China killed 1,488 people. 63,918 people fell ill and 6,982 recovered. This is reported on February 14 by the information portal Vanya with reference to the data of the regional authorities. The day before, on February 13, the State Committee for Hygiene and Health of the People's Republic of China reported 1,367 deaths from the disease, as well as more than 59.8 thousand infections. There were 5.9 thousand people who recovered. According to the news agency, 116 new deaths were reported in Hubei Province. Previously, 1,310 deaths were reported. A total of 51,986 people fell ill in the province.
