Zelensky said he refuses to negotiate with LPR and DNR authorities

Kiev is not ready to negotiate with the authorities of Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. This was announced by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky during the Munich Security Conference on February 15. We are ready to negotiate with the local population, but not with the authorities unrecognized, from the point of view of international law, the Ukrainian leader said. We remind that earlier in the media with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine there was information that Ukraine refuses to accept the plan proposed by the Munich Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Conflict in the Khabarovsk, as it is not, in their opinion, of an official nature, but is a private initiative of a group of politicians and experts.
