More than 200 Russian tourists remain in Morocco

There are more than two hundred Russian tourists on the territory of Morocco, which has suspended air traffic with other countries due to coronavirus. At present, according to available data, more than 200 Russian tourists remain in Morocco, the representative of the TASS Embassy said. It is noted that the Embassy in Rabat and the Consulate General in Casablanca are taking measures to clarify the number of Russian citizens and their whereabouts, and contacts are being established with them for possible further steps. According to the news agency, the previous day the Moroccan authorities suspended the reception and dispatch of all passenger international flights as part of preventive measures to counter the spread of coronavirus COVID-2019.
