Trump May Refuse Daily COVID-19 Briefings

American leader Donald Trump may reduce his participation in daily briefings on the coronavirus situation in the United States at the White House, Axios reports, citing knowledgeable sources. According to him, Trump can either stop appearing at every briefing or reduce the time of his participation. At the same time, according to the source, a number of advisers to the President of the United States call on the American leader to stop constantly speaking at briefings, as it hurts his rating. He is recommended to appear at press conferences less often, but always to tell about victories. According to the news agency, by April 25, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection exceeded 890,000. Also in the United States, 3,332 people died of COVID-19 complications on 24 April.
