In Japan, they learned to predict the likelihood of developing about 20 diseases
A method for accurately determining the likelihood of the development of about 20 diseases was developed by scientists from Hirosaki University and Kyoto University, Kyodo reported on June 27. Using artificial intelligence, scientists have created a system for analyzing human medical indicators in about 20 areas. The results confirmed the possibility of predicting the development of diabetes, dementia, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, chronic renal failure and a number of others. We were able to predict with a high degree of accuracy the probability of developing diseases in a person over the next three years, commented Professor Yasushi Okuno of Kyoto University. It is noted that the proposed method will prevent a number of diseases, having warned in advance about the need for prevention and lifestyle changes in cases when it comes to bad habits.
