The number of people infected with coronavirus in Ghana exceeded 15 thousand

In Ghana, over the past day, another 445 cases of coronavirus of a new type have been confirmed. This is evidenced by data from the Ghanaian health service. Thus, the total number of cases detected in the country since the beginning of the pandemic reached 15,013. Also on June 24, 171 patients recovered and were discharged from medical institutions. In total, 11,078 people recovered in Ghana. The number of deaths from complications COVID-19 remained at the same level of 95 people. It is noted that there are currently 3,840 active cases of coronavirus infection in Ghana. At the same time, the country still keeps borders closed in order to prevent the threat of the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
