Parks and gyms will open in Brazilian São Paulo
The mayor's office of the Brazilian city of São Paulo announced the imminent opening of 70 parks, squares and gyms, which have been closed since March due to the pandemic of coronavirus infection. This was stated by the mayor of the city Bruno Kovas during a press conference. He stressed that the corresponding decision was made due to the fact that the number of occupied beds in the intensive care units of São Paulo hospitals fell below 65%. We will do everything possible so that no crowd is formed, he said. It is noted that parks and gyms will open on July 13. At the same time, sanitary restrictions will apply, which residents of the city will need to comply with.
